Oh, I forgot that if you run a "test sync" so it goes out to a a single repo, it sends out the first group of synced files, rather than our special set.

So things that would normally sync but haven't, are we missing any updates from these?

• [x] send-updates.yml - (Ava: updated below)
• [x] test-send-updates.yml - (Ava: updated below)
• [x] docker-test.yml - (Ava: updated below)
• [x] docker-build.yml - (Ava: updated below)
• [X] .github/switch_sync_repo.R - no change
• [x] assets/style.css - (Ava: contains the trapezoid span / special shading for borrowed chapters. Do we want to move that to anvil.css?)
• [x] assets/toc_close.css - I updated this below
• [X] code_of_conduct.md - no change

And things we don't usually sync, but did get synced this time:

• scripts/ - we previously weren't syncing this so it didn't clobber the AnVIL collection scripts. This is no longer a problem, so I think it's actually useful to start syncing this, and it's good to get rid of the old spell-check, etc. scripts that are no longer used.
• style-sets - I think we don't want to sync these - datatrail and itcr are just clutter for us. It might be useful to sync some of the fhdasl stuff though, so it can be updated in OTTR and propagated to AnVIL_Template. So maybe a more targeted sync of some of these files? Regardless, I think we should delete the datatrail and itcr directories.

@avahoffman we should also check the starting-course.yml workflow. We aren't syncing this one since we have a different list of files that need deleting than OTTR does, but it needs updating for things like checkout@v2 -> v3.

for style.css - yes, let's have our style.css identical to OTTR, and then any differences in anvil.css and gdscn.css. Then we can just merge any future updates from OTTR template in easily.

getting mildly ridiculous, but we could have a 4th file if there's a set of stuff we want in all AnVIL books, like the trapezoid and borrow chapter styling, so we don't have to copy into both anvil.css and gdscn.css
