A few tweaks to modules

A few updates as I'm doing a big readthrough of the Instructor guide, mostly to Terra Billing modules

• terra_billing_project_create

  • make selecting the Billing Account a separate step
  • show the updated list of billing projects at the end along with a reminder that you can click on them to share/ modify/disable the billing project

• terra_billing_project_add_members - Remove numbering for "If you need to remove members...", since it's not a step for adding members.

• workspace_share

  • Add a bullet point on how to add a Terra Group (as opposed to a single user)
  • Change "circle with 3 dots" to "teardrop button" for consistency with other modules
  • ~Set images to 100%~ unnecessary
