Create _child_instructor_timeline_premade.Rmd

Adds a module that

• links to the instructor/event checklist
• outlines a timeline for teaching on AnVIL

I wrote this for the GDSCN swirl book but was wondering if it would be useful to turn it into a module that could be dropped into other GDSCN/AnVIL exercise books. So, a couple of questions:

1. Is the timeline reasonable?
2. Any items to add/remove? I was trying to keep it fairly minimal and not repeat the checklist, but wanted to draw attention to things that you need to get a move on early (especially the first time through)
3. Is this general enough to be reusable for other exercises/books?
