Wrote a little blurb for the Instructor Guide advising people new to teaching on AnVIL to get funding from STRIDES Thought it might be useful to be able to drop it into other books

Also makes a couple of fixes to the Instructor checklist and timeline (e.g. consistent use of periods in the timeline bullets - this won't show up in the preview because I didn't bother with pointing to borrow_chapter to the branch)
