Trying to automate the prepopulation of our feedback form ✏️ #214

The goal of this change is to make our AnVIL Feedback form more user friendly by pre-populating. It will prepopulate the bookdown that the user is coming from.

This code:

Uses the base Google Form url that enables response filling
Detects the feedback link inside _output.yml
Tweaks the feedback link so that it prepopulates the last field with the Rmarkdown book title from index.Rmd.
Commits the change to _output.yml as part of render-preview and render-all

I think we'll have to test this a bit after it's merged @KatherineCox :)

Tested this out on another repo and it seems to be working okay! Going to go ahead and merge this and populate it through to the other courses while it's top of mind.
