Re-running coursera render #91

What changes are being implemented in this Pull Request?

I noticed coursera version hadn't gotten re-rendered or committed and I'm not exactly sure why. Need to look into this. But in the meantime I did it locally and am pushing the changes here.

Edit: Oh I see its because of the order in which I merged the changes: https://github.com/jhudsl/Documentation_and_Usability/pull/88 Basically this shouldn't be a problem after this now that the update to the trigger for render-bookdown.yml has been merged. But I'll still keep an eye on it.
