Purpose/implementation Section

What changes are being implemented in this Pull Request?

Adding google analytics tracking. I think this will work. I have not tried this with Bookdown before, but I have used it with GitHub pages.

What was your approach?

added GA script file

What GitHub issue does your pull request address?

None

Tell potential reviewers what kind of feedback you are soliciting.

If it doesn't work it shouldn't do any harm. Takes awhile sometimes before it starts working.

I'm unsure if we have to add this to every html file or if this will work like this. But one way to find out is to merge it and try.

I have done something similar for the case studies which didn't require adding it to the actual html files (but there was only one) so idk how this will work for bookdown, but yeah I figured it is worth a shot to find out :P
