Render can't complete because leanbuild::set_knitr_image_path() is not included in current docker image #131

leanbuild::set_knitr_image_path() isn't in the current docker image's leanbuild package.

I think this means the leanbuild package in the docker image needs to be updated with the latest changes, but we should hold off until we have the changes from #128 more solidified.

This should be as simple as triggering a rebuild of the docker image jhudsl/itcr_course_template.

I've updated Docker image to have the latest leanbuild so this is now resolved.
