OTTR course listing -- where do folks go to find courses made from OTTR #454

The README has a short (and not up to date) list of a couple ITCR courses.

Where should folks go to find a full list of polished OTTR-made courses? This can be handy for inspiration as well as just seeing learning content that's out there.

What's the criteria and process for getting a course added to that list?

Probably easy first solution is to add a page to the wiki.
