How do we make set up not such a huge barrier? #642

There's a lot of steps for set up.

I still want to see if we can use the github api to automate some of this, but short of that, we should make the ottrproject.org have everything summarized into checklists. This may help cutdown some of the confusion folks have for all the set up steps.

@howardbaek This may be a good issue for you to take on because it would allow you to get familiar with how OTTR works.
