Idea Dump: Redirect to rdrr.io #690

If books generated by bookdown have code chunks with R functions, they will link to rdrr.io. I don't know if OTTR-generated courses do this. If they do, we should redirect to another website that doesn't have ads because they are too distracting!

Found the manual for functions from the base package. Linking to base::mean is preferred over the rdrr site for base::mean
