What changes are being implemented in this Pull Request?

Let's see if this can work. Replacing the jhudsl-robot with the github actions bot to see if we can eliminate that step!

What was your approach?

replaced all jhudsl-robot logins with github actions bot. Now just gotta do some more testing before I can say this is gonna work.
