All R-CMD checks failed #26

When merging the pull request that updated the README, all R-CMD checks failed.

macOS-latest was unable to install R 4.3.2

windows-latest, ubuntu-20.04 (release) and ubuntu-20.04 (devel) errored when running examples in cow-Ex.R
