I think there should be enough text from the chapter names and the learning objectives we should be able to pull out some keywords. This is something that should be manually curated by authors but we can certainly have robots give it a first try.
I'm sure others have down keyword identification in R. Will need to do some searching for if there's a handy tool for this out there.
