What changes are being implemented in this Pull Request?

CRAN doesn't like when we write files, so I have to make the vignette not actually run the steps.

Alternatively I could have it save the files to a temporary directory, but I can't think of a practical use for that and implementing a temporary directory saving has the propensity to make things more confusing to use.
