Right now in OTTR_Quarto template multiple chapters have the same name. This has never happened in a course but it could. But the screenshots taken for Leanpub use the chapter name which means the screenshots for the multiple chapters are overwriting each other.

When make-screenshots.R gets functionalized it should also be made so that chapters of the same name are given a number at the end so that the screenshots are differentiated from each other.
