Have leanbuild process the Bookdown footnotes #21

I have footnotes in https://github.com/jhudsl/ITCR_Documentation_and_Usability that look like this:

In bookdown they render nicely, but this format doesn't do anything in Leanpub. I'll write some functions to convert these in some meaningful way.

We're going to need the slides to be downloaded there are some already existing functions in leanbuild that do this, but it doesn't seem like they are actually downloading or rendering right.
