Incorporate coursera functions #39

This is in progress, I'm working on adding the coursera functions to this package. See #38

Still needs a lot more error handling and verbosity.

This works! And I've added it to the GHA checks (in render and publish Leanpub GHA).

I'm going to merge this for now in favor of making these changes incrementally!
