Handling embed tweets #85

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be great if we could use embed tweets in courses.

Describe the solution you'd like I have not yet assessed what works and what does not with embed tweets. I will be testing it out in https://github.com/jhudsl/Reproducibility_in_Cancer_Informatics/pull/8
