Vote on comments & posts bugs #118

There are varius bugs regarding voting on posts and comments.

Posts

[x] Score of post is not udpated
[x] reputation of author is not updated
[x] reputation of voter is not updated

Comments

[x] vote count doesn't get updated
[x] vote is not registred in DB
[x] Score of comments is not updated
[x] reputation of author is not updated
[x] reputation of voter is not updated

voting worked fine until moved to functions/votes.php

checkboxes which are checked, are fixed in my workingbranch. Issue will be closed, as soon as we merge it.
