Go ahead and setup extra input buffer while at it?

[x] Macro to define everything
[x] Document macros
[x] Macro to setup everything in main function
[x] Macro to put in polling loop to send/receive and handle messages
[x] Clean up and standardize n and f message handling into a flag that can be polled?
[x] Test stm32 ADC streaming firmware with these updates
[x] Macro for checking if ready to stream and to stream
[x] Update firmware with these macros

Closing this issue now since don't have Arduino available for test. Opened #51 to test that when have the chance.
