GPS will sometimes be activated even when disabled #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open up Twimight a few times over the course of a day
2. Occasionally the GPS will become activated even when it is set to be 
disabled.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If GPS is disabled GPS should never be activated.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest in Google Play Market (1.1.1)

Please provide any additional information below.
