Description

Adds screens in the PeerModal to allow users to add other users as Friends

Classmates (existing PeerModal)

Find New Friends

Current Friends

Requests Received

Requests Sent

Tests

Extensively test manually on develop before releasing to production since I wasn't able to test with many different users
Need to modify CourseModalBody.tsx so that Semesterly friends, in addition to Facebook friends, are shown as "Friends who have taken this course"
