Add clickable links for locations #2

For example, Alum Rock is https://ebird.org/hotspot/L370800 This might not work for non-hotspots

This would go into "Individual Details" sheet of the CountCircleSummary spreadsheet

Note that you can get there with 2 clicks. For example, clicking on "https://ebird.org/checklist/S77790517" in the "url" column of the "Individual Details" sheet opens eBird, and from there click the location below the observer name, e.g. https://ebird.org/hotspot/L1071807
