Order of tools in toolbar and icons #42

I would like to change the order of the tools in the tool bar, and to use icons for some of the buttons instead of text. This is what our art director suggested:

hebrew_keyboard_new save_icon_new sefaryiah_new suggested_texttool_interface

Can David move this around or do you need to do it? Thanks

Icons are not looking good in small sizes, can you plz provide small icons.
