Signup - selecting subjects, streams, etc - needs to be thought through again

Subjects - need a checkbox for "Select all", and if checked then in the backend select all the subjects.
Streams - can't have all selected, including "No religious content" as that is mutually exclusive of all the others. Perhaps we need a checkbox there for "Show me all content, regardless of stream", and clicking that selects all except NO RELIGIOUS CONTENT.

Yes - and then we have to make sure that in programming they tick all items if the checkbox ALL is selected, otherwise nothing will be found in searches!

@MendyBerger When you get to this, please make sure that if you add the checkbox to see all, then all the other items will be selected in the backend. There is no actual backend item for 'All'. In the case of the religious streams, if see all content, then all items checked apart from NO RELIGIOUS CONTENT
