Fonts - remove all variation names and make weights the variations #3136

I have a list of all the fonts included, together with their names as used in the panel.

  1. We need to trip down the names so that the weights will be the variations
  2. We need to name the Hebrew fonts in Hebrew, so that they can be previewed in the text panel.

In the font list in the WYSIWYG panel must be alphabetical, and so all Hebrew fonts will be together at the end, making it easier for users to find.
