Add 'My profile' to the list underneath 'My Settings'

Teachers are complaining that they cannot find where to change their photo. Turns out that the link is not there, according to the design. Please add 'My profile' to the list on the top right.

@RickyLB I like it! Is there a way that all the icons can be centered or somehow aligned? The jig icon at the top looks like it is right-aligned compared to the profile.
