Post preview - add caption to show where to go back and edit #3436

A teacher did not know how to edit again once she had previewed the JIG. Did not see the text. Solution: add in tooltip under the wizard steps “To make changes, click back to any step.”, and tooltip comes from the wizard steps. @GaliShapira Please add in your design here - thanks!

@johnnynotsolucky Please can you escalate this one? People are not finding where to go to edit after preview and are getting stuck in PREVIEW MODE! I hope it is not a huge issue to add in the note.
