Editing another user's JIG #896

Add the ability for users to edit a JIG published and shared publicly by another user with maintaining accreditation to the original creator

Note that this technically is probably just https://github.com/ji-devs/ji-cloud/issues/895. In other words, the actual flow is:

  1. Duplicate a JIG (even if it's not my own - and I own the duplicate)
  2. Edit this new JIG as usual

As noted in https://github.com/ji-devs/ji-cloud/issues/895 the duplicate API maintains a history of past JIGs, and each JIG has its link to the original author as well as current author (in case we support re-assigning a JIG without duplicating).
