Clear a note tag is wrong.

We are clearing all tags. Note tag is an object. If you clear a note tag, the expected behavior will be clearing that tag for all notes. However, our feature does not intend that. It just clear tag a note.

Reason for disagreement: This does not work grammatically, I understand where you're coming from, but it is very confusing when reading. If you are clearing all tags, then you should be phrasing it along the lines of clear tags from a note.
