Cannot add a university. #4

Different programmes offer different universities. NUSC offers students more universities. If I were to be in NUSC, I want to add a mapping to a university that is not in the list.

Team's Response

We intentionally blocked the adding of universities, such as to prevent erroneous addition of mappings to universities which are offered to NUS Computing students for the general SEP programme offered to NUS Computing students.

What is preloaded into SEPlendid is universities listed by SEP administrators. The app can be repurposed for other target users, but it is not in our scope.
