Phenotypic Distribition- Significant Markers #104

Hello,

I am wondering if there is any information on the package used to create phenotypic distribution graphics that show allelic differences at significant SNPs. I have not been able to find information in your user manual describing these outputs.

We will improve our manual. The phenotype distribution is based on the significant marker genotype. That is outputted as default in the GAPIT.
