The root directory contains a binary bile padding_file

Team's Response

We tried this on several devices but we're unable to obtain this padding_file. We can have another look at this once we can reproduce this error. However, as of now, we don't think that we are violating the project constraint as the main data file, which is resume.json is human readable and editable. As such, we would downgrade the severity of this to VeryLow since it would not affect usage.
