Contact KPA about up-to-date EtherCAT slave driver #21

Current EtherCAT slave driver works with kernel version 2.6.29. We need a 
driver that can work with newer versions of the kernel. If KPA can't provide, 
we need to look for alternative slave cards.

Please check if this is still valid - the conversation with KPA ended, stating 
it should be possible to port on 64bit but they never did.

I haven't had time to deal with this yet. They indicated that we should have 
source code, but I don't think we do. We may be missing something.
