Fix toolchain option docs #74

Mistake from #71 -- the option is only intrduced for task, not the extension object.

I've already released a new version (1.1.28) which includes the fixes of #71 https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/org.docstr.gwt

For the docs, I will update the site in a few days.
