The first few pages mentioned the meetings being displayed in the UI which might cause confusion for users when they try to search through the User guide trying to figure out why the meetings are not displayed on the UI. A FAQ hyperlink addressing this problem at the quick start could be better.

The 'Original' Bug

Missing meeting box

As mentioned before, since there seems to be no meetings, the sections with meetings and meeting box in the UG is somewhat misleading.

Items for the Tester to Verify

 Issue duplicate status

Team chose to mark this issue as a duplicate of another issue (as explained in the Team's response above)

Reason for disagreement: [replace this with your explanation]

 Issue severity

Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.Low]

Reason for disagreement: This should be represented at the start. As a user, after reading the first few pages, I would automatically assume that meetings data would be represented in the UI. Having to scroll 26 pages down just to find this:

Can cause a lot of frustration to the user.
