UI can be a bit hard to view

New users might not know which one is the client box, listing box, offer box, feedback box and need to refer to the User Guide. Maybe the team could put a header on top for each box or even create separate tabs for each box to make it easier to view?

Not a bug, but a suggestion since description of each box is already mentioned in the User Guide.

Reason for disagreement: The application, even when maximized on a computer monitor is still hard to view.

• The meeting client box, offer box and listing box are stacked on top of each other with no spacing
• No difference in color, text style to differentiate between the boxes
• Each box allowing 2 ~ 3 UI cards only and requiring the user to scroll a lot. (Showing only 1 UI card per box if window is minimized)
• Having extra empty space at the bottom which is taking up the screen space which could be used for making the other boxes bigger.

I could even argue that this is a severity medium bug since it actually hinders and slows down the user significantly as it is hard to navigate and view the data.
