10 years ago - list qtl in Depends: in the DESCRIPTION file
- change license to GPL-3
- various changes to remove warnings/errors shown in R CMD check
- Add Makefile for calling devtools / document()
- .Rbuildignore file so Makefile and README.md aren't included in package
