可以的，参考这个里面的实现， https://github.com/tenadolanter/chatTTS-timbre，他实现了录制自己的声音，根据这个声音生成音色，里面有csv和pt格式的转换

不会玩源代码 😄 开头创建虚拟环境就没反应了
