Proxmox doesn't seem to work, no listening on port 443, it listens on 8006 but seemingly doesn't work

Describe the bug pve-cluster is started but cannot reach the web ui

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install proxmox on a nintendo switch (debian bookworm)
2. Try curling, wgeting or visiting in the web browser port 443 or 8006 (or using pvesh list)
3. Won't work

Expected behavior For the proxmox UI to appear in my web browser

  Additional Info when installing, and when I just tried to do pvesh list, it gave me this error

  ipcc_send_rec[1] failed: Connection refused
  ipcc_send_rec[2] failed: Connection refused
  ipcc_send_rec[3] failed: Connection refused
  Unable to load access control list: Connection refused

running pimox on the same system seems to fix? not sure why, i'll close this issue but I think its fixed now
