bug(keyboard): this plugin blocks scroll to input

When using this plugin with ionic, clicking an input does not scroll to it anymore. Removing the plugin fixes it, but I really like this plugin

It's because adjustResize doesn't work in fullscreen mode or when translucent status bar is set. Here's the workaround, but I need some time to test. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7417123/android-how-to-adjust-layout-in-full-screen-mode-when-softkeyboard-is-visible/19494006#19494006
