What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. active a DockableToolBar item, e.g. a color picker
2. drag the DockableToolBar
3. the color picker is still openning
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the color picker should be closed, because the color picker has lost focus
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
flexlib 2.4, Window XP sp3
the DockableToolBar example also has this issue.
