Run-time error ‘53’

版本：SmartHosts_Alpha2 （GUI版）
操作：启动主程序即alert出此MessageBox

MessageBox描述：{title:SmartHosts,message:Run-time error '53':File not found}

建议：
    目前不知道此程序使用什么方式寻找hosts文件，正规做法应该是从注册表中获取正确的hosts文件路径。
    出现此error是因为我的计算机上hosts文件不存在，所以我觉得当发现hosts文件不存在的时候应当创建hosts文件，而不是抛出异常。

了解，程序是读取系统环境变量获取路径的。
