package com.google.api.translate does not exist #15

Once I compiled the sample code after putting jar file under C:\Program
Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_03\lib I am getting error like "package
com.google.api.translate does not exist" 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am simply trying to convert a text from English to chinese

Please ensure you have the jar file in the classpath.
