Shrink the size? #14

This is a really cool package. Exactly what I have been looking for.

I am trying to plot a tree of my motifs.

However, I have around 60 motifs. They can't fit on the page and the motifs get overlayed on top of each other. Is there a way to reduce the size?

If you feel it is very difficult to adjust the parameters by default motifStack function, you may want to try motifPiles.
