Replace sklearn with scikit-learn dependency #63

The sklearn package is dead and does not exist anymore. Long live scikit-learn.

This fixes major installation issues.

Could you please also make a release with this fix? It's not installable via pip elsewise

The updates are integrated into version 1.2.7
