Hi! First, what's the difference between "3D model reconstruction by 3DMax" and "3D model reconstruction by LorDG"? How to choose?

Second, if I want to build 3D chromosomes and genome models use LINUX, how to write command line? "java -jar GenomeFlow.jar…………" And then how do I write it?

For reconstructing the structures of chromosomes, 3DMax and LorDG have similar performance. The difference is that LorDG can build structures of entire genomes but 3DMax cannot.
