Hi TransFun! I used curl https://calla.rnet.missouri.edu/rnaminer/transfun/data --output data.zip to download the data.zip file but seems it is corrupted. Would you mind helping check if it is the case?

Hello, TransFun! I encountered the same problem. When I used curl https://calla.rnet.missouri.edu/rnaminer/transfun/data --output data.zip to download the dataset, I found that this link is currently unavailable. Could you fix it?
