What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect using a shortcut on the screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The curse is in the connected session, the cursor is in the field where you 
type in usernam@hostname

What version of the product are you using (you can see this by using Menu
-> About in the Host List)?
ConnectBot tablet development snapshot 2011-07-07_12-34-27

What type of system are you trying to connect to?
Ubuntu 10.10

If you are able to connect, what is the output of "echo $TERM", "uname -a",
and any other relevant information on the host?

Confirmed on ASUS Transformer TF101, makes ConnectBot useless after switching 
between apps.
